Two co-productions selected in collaboration with Flemish Audiovisual Fund

The Netherlands Film Fund and the Flemish Audiovisual Fund (VAF) have selected two co-productions for support. The joint scheme of these funds support co-produced feature (animation) films and documentaries. The selection consists of the feature film Hasse by Jan Matthys and the documentary Hello!? by Sofie Benoot.

Hasse (feature film)

Logline: 1480 - Despite the warnings of monk Egidius, Hasse (16) saves the life of the bastard knight Jan van Schaffelaar. She marries him on the scaffold and becomes a soldier in his band of mercenaries. Egidius sets out on a quest to have Hasse burned at the stake. When this leads to Jan’s death, Hasse realizes that there is a price to be paid for living as a free spirit within a living as a free spirit.

Hello?! (documentary)
