€ 500,000 in European support for 3 Dutch co-productions

One majority and two minority Dutch features have been granted production support in the latest round of Eurimages funding. Dutch majority feature film Coupe Confused and Dutch minority films Sisters and Outside are granted € 500,000 in total.

Coupe Confused (director: Mischa Kamp, script: Tamara Bos) is granted € 200,000. Dutch producer is Bosbros (Burny Bos), in co-production with Leitwolf TV- und Filmproduktion (Germany).

Dutch minority coproduction Sisters (director and script: Emin Alper) is granted € 180,000 by Eurimages. Dutch producer is Circe Films (Stienette Bosklopper and Lisette Kelder), in co-production with Liman Film (Turkey), Komplizen Film (Germany) and Horsefly Productions (Greece).

Dutch minority coproduction Outside (director: Michal Hogenauer, script: Jakub Felcman and Michal Hogenauer) is granted € 120,000. Dutch producer is Circe Films (Stienette Bosklopper and LIsette Kelder), in co-production with Negativ Film Productions (Czech Republic) and Tasse Film (Latvia).

Eurimages, the co-production fund of the Council of Europe, was founded in 1988 and consists of 38 Member states. The fund is committed to the co-production, distribution and exhibition of European cinema. The Council meets four times a year, The Netherlands is represented at Eurimages by the Netherlands Film Fund.
