Three Dutch minority co-productions backed by the Netherlands Film Fund

In the final round of 2020 three Dutch minority co-productions, all feature films, will receive support through our selective funding scheme.

The Fund supports co-productions with a strong artistic view, an international festival and distribution appeal and a substantial creative and technical contribution from the Netherlands.

Queens (speelfilm)

Logline: Casablanca, Morocco. A trio of women with the police on their tail embarks on a long escape that takes them across the rugged red terrain and flower-filled valleys of the Atlas to finally reach the Atlantic coast.

Rift in the Ice (speelfilm)

Young Tesla and the Idea Poachers (speelfilm)

Logline: Despite his father's ban, young Nikola Tesla runs from home to see famous professor Wentrcek's electricityshow. There he realises that the professor, with the help of mysterious Idea Poachers, has stolen his Idea and created a dreadful electrical machine capable of producing a powerful death ray.
